Being a native of SC, I decided to enlist into the South Carolina Army National Guard. After serving 2 years with the SC Army National Guard I then decided to enlist into the United States Army in February 2000. While being stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, I was placed on orders by the Department of the Army to report to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I. After deploying to Iraq in April 2003 and redeploying back in April 2004, I quickly developed an insatiable desire for education. I received my associates degree in General Studies from Central Texas College, a bachelors degree with areas of focus in Business Management/Sociology from Excelsior College, and a masters degree in Public Administration from the Univ. of Phoenix. Later this year, I will begin my pursuit to obtain a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Working through extensive contract negotiations in the past, I have learned to always form a detailed “plan of action” for my clients. Whether you are buying or selling property, the process is much smoother when you understand all aspects of the transaction as well as an approximate time line for the entire process. My background in community selling and new home construction, offers a wealth of information to help you define the style and setting for your new home.
