Brave Realty Property Management is a full service management group. Our property management division is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the value of your investment property, while generating the highest possible income for you. Our professional management company handles anything from start to finish. Here is a brief summary of how our full service Property Management works.

- Advertise and Market the property
- Show the property
- Perform background checks on prospective tenants
- Secure tenants and collect security deposits
- Write the lease agreement
- Perform move in, move out, and quarterly inspections of the property
- Handle all tenants and property issues, including the eviction process
- Organize any necessary repair work
- Collect rent each other month then disperse it to the owner minus the management fees
MANAGEMENT FEES
- Fees are charge with each tenant placed in the property
- Our company charges an initial marketing fee of $250 and 10% of each month after that
- Free advertise and market of the property
- Pet deposits are negotiable and up to the owner
- Any repair expenses can be deducted from your portion of the rent check
- If the owner is referred to us by a real estate agent, the agent will be given a referral fee out of our portion of the first months rent!!
